François Zuretti
When the time came to choose my field of studies, I could both follow in my father’s footsteps and go for graphic advertising, or I could opt for architecture and urbanism which attracted me for its social and political outlooks. After my architectural studies in Paris, interior design and decoration was to be the best field to express my competences.

I started in 1975 with Triad Condas, a Lebanese company which moved to Paris. The activity focused on the architecture and interiors of Middle Eastern palaces. This was my first taste of luxury decoration.

André Paccard, the king of Morocco’s architect and designer, was to be my next employer, for 9 years. I was appointed as project manager for the refitting of the royal residences, the construction of a conference centre and the rebuilding of the Moroccan parliament.

My first encounter with the yachting world came in 1987 when, thanks to George Nicholson, I was privileged to participate on the MY Eco project. I was in charge of the interiors beside Martin Francis.

Georges Nicholson entrusted me afterwards for the interiors of MY Argentum in Viareggio. This was the first step of a long collaboration with Benetti Shipyard, as well as a long standing friendship with Paolo Vitelli.

I opened my office in Geneva, Switzerland in 1992 and later on I moved to Nice in the Côte d’Azur in June 2001. Ship Owners from all continents have entrusted their yacht interior to us and we have collaborated with all major shipyards.
